National Park Parade AAR

It was a warm muggy morning as we met to be part of this parade held a week before Independence Day. It was a paid event where the fellows picked up a twenty dollar bill for their efforts.

We formed a company with colors in the ranks carried by Ray Furman. Water was plentiful along the way as we made our march toward the river. The route was a mile. We fired crisp volleys to the delight of onlookers. Vince DiCicco had a cooler full of cold refreshing water for the boys at the end of the route. Rob Heulings and Vince transported the boys back to the starting point. Join us for this next year for this fine celebratory!

Some of the fellows went on to Deptford with Rich Mendoza to give a musket salute for local veterans.
