Special Sponsorship Form
The Run/Walk-A-Thon is a fundraising event
to support The Schuylkill Wildlife Rehabilitation Clinic and it's affiliates
in their efforts to care and treat injured and orphaned wildlife.
If you would like to help our patients by sponsoring someone, but do not know anyone already participating, please sponsor one of the Participating SWRC Volunteers. PRINT this page, fill in your own name, address and pledge amount in the Sponsor section and mail the page along with your check to the address indicated.
Be sure to check with your employer and have your supporters check with their employers, to see if they have a MATCHING program.
