Vinaigrette dressing

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

1c white vinegar

1/2c water

5 cloves garlic, minced

1T prepared mustard

salt and pepper to taste

1t oregano

1t marjoram

2T minced dried onion

1c salad oil (optional)

Combine all ingredients well. Can be kept in refrigerator almost indefinitely. (I do not use the oil, but some people like it. For a fat free dressing do not use the oil.)
