Rice pudding
1/2c rice
Pinch salt
1qt milk
1/2c sugar
1 eggs, separated
1t vanilla
1/2c milk
Put in large saucepan, rice, 1 qt milk, sugar.
Cook 1 hour on medium heat, stirring constantly. (Cook until rice is tender.)
Beat eggs yolks, vanilla, and 1/2c milk. Add to cooked mixture very slowly.
Cool.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but fluffy. Fold into rice pudding mixture.
