Mexican Pizza

Serves: 12

Oven Temp: 400F

Ingredient List:

1lb ground beef

2t garlic powder

1t oregano

1/2t chili powder

salt & pepper to taste

1c tomatoes, chopped

1c onion, chopped

dried hot peppers, optional

1c green peppers, chopped

2c extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated

2c monteray jack cheese, grated

12 corn tortillas

Brown ground beef in skillet with seasonings (or substitute one pkg taco seasoning mix). Lay out tortillas on baking sheets. Top with meat mixture. Add peppers, onions, tomatoes, hot peppers and top with cheeses. Bake 400F until cheese melts, approx. 10 minutes. Slice like pizza and serve hot.

Can be served as an appetizer or a main course.
