General
RETURNS- Products may be returned within 30 days
of date of purchase.
Item must be unused and in
original packaging. Customer is responsible
for
notifying us of the return and for return shipping costs.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS- Payments refunded via PayPal, minus 10% restocking fee,
plus any fees incured by PayPal for processing.
VOUCHERS-COUPONS-FREE OFFERS- Only one {1} may be used per order.
GIFT CERTIFICATES-Not Redeemable for cash. May be used 1 time for product & shipping.
Amount exceeding certificate must be paid before shipment.
No refunds.
SHIPPING- We do our best to ship within 2-3 business days of your order date
(in-stock items). Delays may occur during holiday season and when
we are having sales.
We ship via USPS in the continental US.
We do NOT provide insurance on USPS (postal service) shipments.
Any damaged items will be replaced at your own cost.
S & H will be applied & you will be notified
of any refund or funds due by e-mail.
Vouchers are valid for single use on orders over $5.
'Free' shipping voucher good up to $3.95 on order over $20
worth of PRODUCT. International MUST email me.
Vouchers are limited. Discount voucher
will be applied on orders between $5-10.
Not responsible for damage, insurance can be applied by you.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION- We pride ourselves in great customer service.
Please contact us if you have any problems or questions regarding
our products or services.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS- We will take the out of stock items off the order
(do not charge you for these) or if we run out of the stock after
processing your order, we will credit your card/paypal, etc.
and ship the rest of the order. We will notify you via e-mail of
the items that are out of stock and the approx. date we expect them back in.
When the items return to stock, you can then re-order.
Payment- At this time we accept Money Order, Personal checks,
Visa and MasterCard. We prefer payment by Paypal. We no longer ship C.O.D. Any checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged $25.00 plus any other applicable bank fees. You will have 30 days to pay the amount due in full before it is submitted to our credit collection service for payment. Please note, that any order being paid by check/MO will be held until cleared by our bank.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: All orders leave here in good condition and packaged appropriately. We do not offer a refund for damaged items.You can Purchase Insurance for your shipment, simply add amount to order and note it in the Comment box on order page.

Candle Safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended
Never place a burning candle near something that can catch fire
Keep burning candles out of the reach of children & pets
Keep candles away from drafts and vents
Trim wicks to 1/4" prior to each use
Normally don't burn candles more than four hours at a time
Extinguish taper or pillar candles when they get within 2" of their holders
Always use containers that have been made for candle usage
Discontinue use of a container candle when 1/2" of wax remains
Keep matches, wick trimmings and foreign objects out of the candle wax
