Swedish Meatballs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1/4 c. sour cream
1 lb ground beef
1.2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg beaten
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. oil
Wide egg yolk noodles hot
Combine soup water sour cream in bowl mix, set aside.
Large bowl make meatballs, beef, bread crumbs, onion, nutmeg.
In a 10 inch skillet heat oil on med heat, Brown meatballs.
Mix in soup mixture.
Stir simmer on low 10 minutes
