SourDough Hamburger Rolls

2 cups sourdough starter
1½ cups bread flour
2 Tablespoons butter
¼ cup milk
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 3/4 cups bread flour

Knead starter and the 1½ cups bread flour
and place in bowl. Let rise 8 hours.
Mix all remaining ingredients together
in your bread machine and select dough setting.
When finished, remove from pan
and and allow to sit 5 minutes.
Roll into a ball and roll out to 1 inch thick.
Use a sharp cutter to form 4-inch round ovals.
Make as many as possible.
Place on a greased baking sheet
allow to rise for 1 to 1½ hours.
Bake at 350° for 15 to 18
minutes or until brown.
Cool on a wire rack.
