Crock Pot Beer Roast

An extremely simple recipe that's tender and delicious.
4 pounds beef roast
1 package onion soup mix.
15 oz can tomato sauce
12 oz can beer
Place all ingredients in your slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
* I like to take out 2-3 cups of
liquid-save that for something else.
Remove meat. Turn pot to HIGH.
Then take 1 cup of hot liquid and in a bowl add some flour
and sour cream. Mix well.
Mix into remaining gravy and cook till thick.
