PAYMENT DETAILS:  

I take check, money orders, Paypal and (as of 11/2004) Visa and Mastercard.  I reserve the right to ship the items out only after payments have cleared. I will do my best to ship out asap because I know you are anxiously waiting for your new BF beauty.

PAYING BY CREDIT CARD:  You will need the credit card number and the three digit security code on the back of the card. I reserve the right to delay shipment until any authorization questions, if any, have been cleared up.

PAYING BY CHECK:  If you would like to pay by check, there is a payment option for that also.  You will need to input the check number of the check you will be sending to me.  Checks need to be received by me within 5 days. If the check does not arrive within that time, the sale is cancelled and item will be returned to the site.

PAYING  BY MONEY ORDER: If you are paying by money order, please choose the check option and put in a fake check number.  Money orders also need to be in my hands within 5 days. If the money order does not arrive within that time, the sale is cancelled and item will be returned to the site.

LAYAWAYS:   You need to email me and arrange a payment schedule. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required and must be received within 5 days. It can not be used to purchase other items if you decide later that you do not want to purchase that item and want to purchase another one.  It is forfeit if you change your mind after 3 days.

1. PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO PURCHASE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO LAYAWAY ITEM! 

2. Keep in mind that my items are consignment so I really have a limited amount of time I can put something aside like this.  The usual layaway setup for one item has been a $50 non- refundable deposit in addition to 1 or 2 payments.  The remaining balance should be paid for within 4 to 5 weeks.

3. TIME LIMIT FOR EMAIL RESPONSES regarding checks, money orders or layaways: 

1. If you "purchase" an item on the site by check or money order, causing it to be removed and do not reply to ANY of my emails at ANY point in our transaction regarding the item within 3 days, the sale is cancelled. The item will go back up on the site.

2. If you do not answer my emails regarding the initial deposit within 3 days, you forfeit your opportunity to put the item on layaway and your opportunity to purchase the item. 

4. If at ANY time, you do not answer my emails with questions regarding payments due within 3 days, you will forfeit ANY payments you have made so far, if any. 

2.  If you would like to discuss the reason you have been out of contact or have been unable to send payment, please call me at 856-795-1204 ..... or email me, of course. I am not unsympathetic. I know how life is ....... BUT it is not fair to other people to remove an items from the site and not pay for it.

3. If you place a deposit and do not follow up with anymore payments, you forfeit the deposit. For ex.: if you place a deposit with me in June, and you do not answer any of my emails until Sept., you have lost your deposit. If you then decided that you want to purchase the items after all (after several unanswered emails from me and 60+ days later), you have still lost your deposit and must payment again.  Answering emails is the important factor in layaway, not necessarily the payment schedule.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES until further notice or as otherwise noted on website: (priority shipping + insurance required)
Flat fee for any amount of items:  $9.75

If there is a problem with item upon delivery, please contact me within 24 hours.

Any returns are for "store" credit only.  No cash refunds will be made.

IF FOR SOME EXTRAORDINARY  REASON, YOUR ITEM HAS TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO ME - I  DO NOT  PAY FOR ADDITIONAL RETURN SHIPPING. ASK POTTERY BARN (tm) AND MARTHA STEWART (tm) - THEY DON'T PAY RETURN SHIPPING FOR ITEMS, NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON, AND NEITHER DO I :-(
