Ministry as Missions The most receptive people-group to the gospel are young people. 75% of professions of faith in Christ come before age 18. Crossover exists to make disciples.
Authenticity in Relationships - God knows us through and through, and loves us. If we have to pretend we are false. Crossover models and encourages people to be real – who they are and what they are, with love.
Adventure & Challenge - Crossover engages students in exciting experiences that are challenging and fun, and challenges and supports kids to perform beyond preconceived limits.
