Refund Policy:
We guarantee all of our items to be as described/presented on the web site and offer a full refund within 2 (two) weeks after delivery date of the whole order, if buyer is not satisfied because the item is grossly misrepresented.
To issue such refund, we must receive from the buyer a request via email within a time frame mentioned above.
For all other types of refund we will charge processing and handling fee of 10% from the cost of the order + customs taxes if this order's been shipped from overseas.
Arrangements can be made for issuing you a credit, or for exchanging items, if it is requested within two weeks after all your order delivered.
We won't exchange items which once already have been exchanged.

Shipping and Handling Policy if the items refunded:
Buyer to pay for all packing, shipping, and insurance charges for the refunded or exchanged items unless otherwise specified at time of purchase.
Other Information:
If there is a breakage, we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf, all items are carefully packed and insured. We must be notified about any broken item(s) immediately when you receive them and find the breakage. All broken items must be reported in details via email within 2 weeks after receiving the broken item(s). If you unable to make a detailed report about broken items, you, the buyer must notify us to make arrangements when you will be able to submit a detailed report about broken item(s).
No refunds issued for custom ordered items (i.e., family matreshka, unpainted nesting dolls of 25-30-50 of more pc in a set).

It is our policy that all items must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise specified.
